This is a women’s kinsha (fine crepe) silk haori kimono jacket which has a soft and smooth touch in a good quality of silk with enchanting floral jacquard pattern all over in fantastic golden khaki.
It has a stylish exotic design in the lining. I guess that the original owner was a very cool lady. It has a mon (family crest) centre back at the neck. The symbol of the mon is Gosan no Kiri mon (Three paulownia leaves and flowers).
It would be stunning to wear as a smart jacket and also as a decorative art piece for a room. Lust for Life is a really elegant and attractive antique piece which is definitely one of my favourite pieces.
The model is about 157cm (5’2”).
It has certain wear and some flaws including a tiny hole in the lining and some marks. However the haori is such a wonderful piece. Please check the detailed photos.
