First...I love this kimono sooooo much! It's just breathtaking. This antique ladies silk kimono has a exquisite floral pattern of big white flowers and black ume (plum) flowers in a rare beautiful green colour which is the character from Taisho era (early 1900s). The contrast of flower colours is really attractive. Textile is kinsha chirimen (silk crepe) silk, and is soft and smooth touch. The contrast of red and bluish green colour in the lining is lovely too. Definitely it is a special piece and one of my favourite kimonos.

It has a bachi-eri (folded lapel). Sleeves are long, which is the character of kimono from pre WWll.

It has some stains and certain wear. Please check the detail photos and the 'Extra Images'.

Note: This kimono does not come with a belt. If you would like one, please check my casual obi collection on casual-obi-belt.html. Prices start from £7 or £8 for a belt.
