Kabuki

This men's wool blend jyuban (underkimono) comes in stylish dark deep teal with wonderful Kabuki 歌舞伎 Otokogata 男形 (actor of male roles) and Onnagata 女形 (actor of female roles), tsuzumi (traditional Japanese hand drum) and ohayashi (Kabuki musicians) design. The background has same-komon 鮫小紋 (fine sharkskin pattern) and sasa no ha (bamboo leaf) all over. The lining is light grey cotton.
Kabuki is a fabulous vintage piece.

It would be stunning to use as a dress and also display as a decorative piece for a room.
