Delivery within the UK

  • £3 for orders under £25 for 1st class delivery in 4-7 days
  • £4 for orders under £35 for 1st class recorded for delivery in 4-7 days
  • £6.80 for orders over £35 for 1st class recorded for delivery in 4-7 days
  • £6.50 for orders under £25 for special delivery for delivery in 2-3 days
  • £7.90 for orders between £25 and £35 for special delivery for delivery in 2-3 days
  • £8.90 for orders over £35 for special delivery for delivery in 2-3 days


Delivery to the EU (European Union)

  • £10 for orders under £25 for Royal Mail Airsure for delivery in 4-7 days
  • £13 for orders between £25 and £75 for Royal Mail Airsure for delivery in 4-7 days
  • £17 for orders over £75 for Royal Mail Airsure for delivery in 4-7 days


Delivery to the Rest of the World

  • £16 for orders under £35 for Royal Mail Airsure for delivery in 5-15 days
  • £23 for orders over £35 for Royal Mail Airsure for delivery in 5-15 days


*We highly recommend special delivery for all items over £75.
 

Overseas

For overseas orders, if your order weighs 2kg or less we will use Royal Mail Airsure Post to send your parcel to you. If your order weighs over 2kg we will send it by courier which is usually Parcelforce or other couriers but can vary dependent on the country and courier charges at the time of ordering with us.

We despatch many of our orders within 2-3 days of the order being placed. Once despatched, orders to the USA usually take 5-10 working days to arrive. Orders to the Rest of the World usually take 10-15 days to arrive after despatch.
 

Delivery Information

If you require delivery to an address outside the European Union your order may be subject to local import taxes.

We use the Royal Mail and Parcelforce to effect our delivery service. We will inform you as soon as we can if we become aware that we will be unable to deliver a product within the timescales requested and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable for any losses you may suffer for any delay in delivery (howsoever caused) and whilst we will try to ensure that goods are delivered within quoted transit times, time for delivery shall not be of the essence.
 

Tracking Your Order

In order to track your order you will need to enter the consignment reference number into the website of the delivery company, please note;

Packaging

We take the utmost care to ensure that your order is well packaged to ensure that it arrives safely as well as promptly. We also believe that we have a responsibility to our environment and as such we re-use boxes and packaging materials whenever possible.
 

Delivery & Returns

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox).


All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery may take up to five working days.

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Fuji Kimono will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Fuji Kimono shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
 

Postage

You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
 

Force Majeure

Fuji Kimono shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
 

Payment Details

Fuji Kimono accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Maestro. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.


Upon receiving your order Fuji Kimono carries out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds in order to fulfil the transaction. No payment is debited from your card during this pre-authorisation check.
 

Availability of Goods You Order

If Fuji Kimono has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Fuji Kimono from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Fuji Kimono will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form.

Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.
 

Returns

We take great care to photograph and give descriptions with the upmost accuracy, however we have no control on how colours appear on different monitors. For the textiles and garments etc. are vintage (secondhand) and antique, we have a non-returnable policy but are very happy to provide further information or photographs before purchase.

For the non-vintage merchandise, if you need to return a product purchased from Fuji Kimono then you have 28 working days to do so.  The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
 

Cancellation of Orders

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Fuji Kimono website, or by phoning us on 07800 878336.
